2023 Annual & Final Reporting Procedure

Important Note

As a recipient of the ECW grant, it is mandatory for you to submit an annual report that covers all the activities you have implemented throughout the 2023 calendar year. This report must be submitted to the ECW Secretariat by 31st March 2024.

To help you with the reporting process, we have prepared a quick reference guide and procedure for writing and submitting your reports.

To ensure a smooth and efficient reporting process, please fill in the requested information below and submit it by 31st January 2024.

Reporting Procedure

1. After ECW ExCom approves a grant, a data file is created in the ECW database, and the report templates are attached.

2. Using the below section in this form, the grantee should provide the email addresses of all colleagues who need access to the online templates to ensure effective communication during the reporting process.

4. The links to these templates are then sent to specific colleagues responsible for reporting to ECW. They fill in the required data and information in the templates online.

5. Once all the templates are completed, they must submit the online report submission notification form. Please note that ECW does not accept downloaded copies of the templates sent as email attachments.

6. ECW reviews the templates and contacts the grantees for any clarifications and/or questions.

Annual Report vs. Final Report
